In our Lisbon office we have the privilege of employing approximately 500 exceptional professionals representing 29 diverse nationalities. As part of our commitment to our employees’ well-being, we provide a 35-hour workweek along with the option for a hybrid working schedule.
The Role
The insurance administrator will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Handle inbound calls.-
- Process various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients and brokers with inquiries, providing information about insurance products and coverage, and addressing concerns or issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of policies and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate efficient retrieval of information when needed.Person specification:
- Proficient level of German and English.- Provide excellent interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients.-
- Adhere to a company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers.- Stay up-to-date regarding company’s products, services and policies by attending training sessions.
