**Our team is growing**
And we are looking for a competent and multilingual office assistant to support the organization and execution of the daily administrative processes of the company. You will speak at least English and one other foreign language either French, Spanish or Italian. You should be able to perform a variety of office tasks and characterized by accuracy of assigned tasks and discretion.

**Location**: Quatro-Estradas, Loulé
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Very good language skills in at least one these languages: Spanish, French or Italian (crucial);
- Previous experience as a Back-Office Assistant, Office Assistant, Virtual Assistant or in another relevant administrative role;
- Experience working with back-office computer systems and confidence in the use of MS Office;
- Practical knowledge of office equipment;
- Solid knowledge of office management processes.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness towards new tasks;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**What You Will Do**:
- Supporting office operations;
- Processing of incoming customer enquiries;
- Preparation of offers and direct clarification in written or oral form with the customer;
- Preparation of offers and their follow-up according to the team leader's specifications;
- Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.

- Turno de 8 horas
Remuneração suplementar:
- Décimo terceiro salário
- Subsídio de Natal
Possibilidade de deslocação diária/mudança de residência:
- Loulé, Distrito de Faro: Deslocar-se ou estar disposto a mudar-se para o local da oferta antes de começar a trabalhar (preferencial)
