- Consulting and support for professional users (small and medium size companies)
- Handling questions about advertising, technical errors, questions about catalogues
- Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales
- Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base

**Requirements**:
