**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Consulting and support for users (small and medium size companies)
- Handling questions about advertising, technical errors, questions about pixels and catalogues

Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales
- Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **German**:

- B2/C1 level in English
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

**Recruitment process**

To apply, send us your CV in English. Then, here are the stages in the recruitment process:

- Online video interview : this is an opportunity to find out more about your motivations and discuss the job in broad terms
- Online tests: tests (linguistic and/or technical) will be required to assess your skills
- Final interview with our client: the discussion will focus on the specific aspects of the position and the team.

If you are successful, you will receive a contract offer. Congratulations

Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.

You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
