**Project Management Office Trainee (M/F/d)**:

**What role will you play?**:
**- ** Develop, implement and maintain the documentation of the project processes;**:

- ** Assist with the preparation and delivery of project’s PowerPoint presentations;**:

- ** Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and milestones;**:

- ** Ensure project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible;**:

- ** Perform quality control checks to ensure established standards are met;**:

- ** Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, meetings preparation and managing project calendar;**:

- ** Coordinate workflow environment and track all program related deliveries;**:

- ** Ensure effective cooperation with stakeholders;**:

- ** Implement PMO guidelines and processes and manage respective functional organization.**:
**We are looking for**:
**- ** Bachelors or Masters degree;**:

- ** Fluent in English;**:

- ** Cognitive flexibility and Growth mindset;**:

- ** Good communication skills;**:

- ** Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;**:

- ** Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.**:
