**Role Overview**:
We are a family business based in London, with offices in Portugal and Spain. We are currently looking for motivated professionals to grow our team. This opportunity is for a Capital Raising Professional that can assist the investment group to raise money for a number of different companies and projects. The Capital raising activities vary between 1-100M.

We are inviting you to be a part of our team, contributing to a leading investment group. As a Capital Raising Professional, you will be instrumental in fortifying our fund's position in the market and driving its growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster and nurture enduring relationships with investors
- Present compelling investment prospects to potential stakeholders
- Remain well-versed in prevailing market trends and dynamics relevant to the various projects
- Create and maintain detailed investor profiles, tracking their preferences, investment history, and communication preferences to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
- Participate in the development of marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations for investor meetings and conferences.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, webinars, and events to showcase investment opportunities and engage with potential investors.
- Assist in the due diligence process, providing necessary information and responding to inquiries from potential investors.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work remotely OR from our London/Algarve/Marbella offices.
- Previous involvement in capital raising or investor relations
- Profound understanding of financial principles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication acumen
- Documented success in consistently achieving and surpassing targets
- Proven experience in corporate finance or banking

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 2,500.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faro, Distrito de Faro: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Banking or Finance: 5 years (required)
- Capital Raising: 3 years (required)
