A sua nova função

Com reporte ao Payroll Manager, terá como principais responsabilidades:
Suporte aos procedimentos relacionados com o ciclo de vida dos colaboradores (admissão, cessação);
Prestar esclarecimentos aos colaboradores através da linha de suporte RH (férias, faltas, licenças, subsídios, cessações contratuais, recibos de vencimento.);
Outras tarefas de suporte ao payroll.

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido

12º ano ou Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente;
Elevada capacidade de organização;
Atitude positiva; proatividade, espírito empreendedor e gosto por aprender coisas novas;
Compromisso com a excelência;
Valorizamos conhecimentos em SAP HR.

O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer

Projeto interino de 6 a 8 meses com um regime de trabalho flexível, 3 dias no escritório e 2 dias em home office, salário base e subsídio de alimentação. O horário de trabalho é de Segunda a Sexta entre as 09h00 e as 18h00.
