Your role

In this role you are the go-to person for all people at Parkside Porto, driving talent acquisition, people happiness and overall office operation to support our scaling organization.
- You take care of a smooth on
- and offboarding process for all people in Porto (e.g. Relocation, work permit, medical check up, Welcome day)
- You ensure Parkside’s compliance with regulations and support internal and external stakeholders.
- You bring in ideas for creative employer branding, organize and take part at job fairs and procure we’re not running out of goodies ;-)
- You excel in creating an inviting office space and managing all facilities, including printer service, meeting rooms, and coordination of external facility management, including building management and cleaning services.
- You handle the procurement of office supplies and items that contribute to the happiness and productivity of your colleagues, such as coffee, fruits, nuts, or special IT equipment.
- You organize team events and support business travel arrangements.
- Together with the existing HR team you take care of various HR initiatives to constantly refine employer branding, culture and people happiness
- You prepare relevant paperwork for payroll and are the main point of contact for our payroll accountant.
- Act as a go-to person for all colleagues in Porto for HR related issues (e.g. labor-law questions, administrative questions, problems)

**Profile**:

- You have experience working in a generalistic HR role and a related educational background
- A track record in (active) sourcing and hiring technical talent
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, systematic & solution oriented approach
- You are a strong communicator and have a positive attitude
- You’re able to prioritize well and adapt flexibly to changing demands in a fast paced environment
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English.
