Klingt das interessant für Sie?**Dann werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams als Head of Compensation EMEA (w/m/d), um die Konzeption, Umsetzung und Verwaltung von Vergütungsprogrammen in der Region Europa, Mittlerer Osten und Afrika (EMEA) zu verantworten.**

**Zusammenfassung der Position**
- Diese Position spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Vergütungsangebote im Einklang mit den strategischen Zielen unserer Organisation. Der Head of Compensation EMEA wird mit internen Stakeholdern, externen Anbietern und dem globalen Compensation Team zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Vergütungsprogramme zu optimieren.Diese Position spielt auch eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Gesamtvergütungsstrategie des Unternehmens und stellt sicher, dass die Vergütung unserer Mitarbeiter in der Region wettbewerbsfähig und attraktiv ist. Durch die effiziente Verwaltung von Vergütungsprogrammen und unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften tragen sie zum Engagement unserer Mitarbeiter und zum allgemeinen Erfolg von unserem Geschäft in der Region bei.**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie tragen zur Entwicklung einer umfassenden Vergütungsstrategie auf globaler Ebene bei
- Bei der Entwicklung der regionalen Vergütungsstrategie arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Head of Total Rewards EMEA zusammen
- Sie stellen den wichtigsten Stakeholder Daten, Erkenntnissen und Analysen zur Unterstützung von Vergütungsentscheidungen für die jeweiligen Geschäftsbereiche im Einklang mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien und -programmen zur Verfügung
- Sie koordinieren die jährliche Gehaltsüberprüfung, die jährlichen variablen Vergütungsprogramm und unseren Aktienprogrammen in Übereinstimmung mit den Rahmenbedingungen des Unternehmens und sind für die Umsetzung globaler Initiativen zuständig
- Sie unterstützen das HR Team bei Benchmarking, Markteinblicken und wichtigen Themen für die Region, z. B. Inflationsanpassungen
- Sie sind der/die Fachexperte*in für Vergütungsthemen in der Region und arbeiten während des Budgetierungsprozesses mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Finanzteam zusammen
- Sie unterstützen Projekte und Einzelfälle für das Senior Management (z.B. Stellenbewertungen, Beförderungen, internationale Transfers)
- Sie unterstützen die Personalabteilung bei Vergütungsfragen, informieren über Trends und Methoden, stellen konsistente Prozesse sicher und treiben die Standardisierung voran
- Sie sind funktional für das Vergütungsteam in EMEA zuständig und unterstützen dieses mit Coaching und Mentoring
- Sie halten sich auf dem aktuellen Stand von lokalen und regionalen Gesetzgebungen und Vorschriften mit Relevanz zur Vergütung und stellen sicher, dass unsere Programme rechtskonform sind
- Sie leiten Digitalisierungsaktivitäten in der Region
- Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an der Förderung des Mitarbeiter*innen-Engagements durch attraktive Rewards
- Sie arbeiten mit Kollegen in anderen Regionen zusammen, um die globale Ausrichtung und Konsistenz von Vergütungsprogrammen und -richtlinien sicherzustellen.
- Sie leiten verschiedene regionale und überregionale Vergütungsprojekte, die sich auf die Gestaltung von Vergütungs-, Anerkennungs
- und Aktienprogrammen beziehen.**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Master-Abschluss oder einschlägige Zertifizierungen (z. B. CPID) sind von Vorteil
- Sie verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung im Compensation Management, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Unternehmen, mit Erfahrung in der EMEA-Region
- Sie verfügen über sehr fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung von Vergütungs
- und Marktpraktiken in der EMEA-Region
- Sie verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Arbeitsplatzanalyse/-bewertung und Vergütungsfestlegung im Rahmen von tätigkeitsbezogenen Einstufungssystemen
- Sie haben außerdem nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung globaler Vergütungsstrategien und -richtlinien sowie in der Strukturierung eines Vergütungsteams
