CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP

A talent acquisition trainee is an entry-level position that involves reviewing prospective hires' resumes, screening job applicants, performing back-office recruitment activities and generally helping people through the hiring process. A successful student for the role is a people person and has no trouble communicating with others in a friendly but professional manner.

**Description of the activities**:

- Attending intake meetings;
- Perform back-office recruitment tasks - scheduling, conducting background checks;
- Posting adverts;

**Objectives to be achieved by the intern**:

- Be able to schedule a minimum of 5 interviews a day;

**Interns Profile**:

- Students from Portuguese Universities studying psychology, management, human resources management or similar;
- Fluent in English.

**Experience and skills required**:

- Networking skills, communication, researching, creativity, and persistence.
