Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be:
- You will be booking of insurance meetings on behalf of German insurers.
- You'll have the first contact with potential customers where you identify their needs and put the meeting directly into the Insurer's calendar.
- The insurer is responsible for the sale, so your task will be to offer a meeting between the insurer and the customer, and as you book meetings for Denmark's leading insurance company, you have good arguments on your hand.
- Identifying issues and provide solutions
- Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project, e.g. provide cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetings

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native level of German and an advanced level of English
- Interest for customer relationship and solving issue
- Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
**Benefits**:
What’s in it for you?
- Full-time permanent contract
- 39h/week, Monday to Friday on rotative shifts (08:30 to 17:00)
- Salary: 18.200€ gross annual global salary include performance-based bonuses + meal vouchers of 7.63€/work day
- If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 1year of accommodation in shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
