As the **Project Manager in the Content & Multimedia, Communication** area, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and delivering various multimedia and communication projects that promote our renewable energy initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to create compelling content, drive effective communication strategies, and raise awareness about our renewable energy projects. These will be your main responsibilities:
**Content**:

- Drive the development of informative and engaging content that highlights Voltalia’ s expertise, industry insights, and commitment to sustainable practices;
- Oversee the creation of content assets;
- Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines across all channels and platforms;
- Utilize content management systems and SEO strategies to optimize content discoverability and increase organic traffic to Voltalia’ s digital platforms.

**Multimedia**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content that showcases Voltalia’ s renewable energy projects (videos, animations, virtual tours, and interactive presentations);
- Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality deliverables;
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish realistic timelines and budgets;
- Manage relationships with external multimedia agencies, freelancers, and production partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to project requirements;
- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure the multimedia content meets Voltalia’ s standards and engages the target audience effectively.

**Communication**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that promote Voltalia’ s renewable energy initiatives;
- Create compelling written and visual content to effectively communicate Voltalia’ s achievements, projects, and sustainability goals;
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to align messaging, optimize content distribution, and maximize the reach and impact of communication efforts;
- Monitor media coverage and public perception of Voltalia’ s projects, proactively addressing any potential issues or opportunities;
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance Voltalia’ s visibility and reputation within the renewable energy industry.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as multimedia production, communication, marketing, or renewable energy (advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus);
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of seniority in a similar position, with proven experience in multimedia production, communication, or content, preferably within the renewable energy industry;
- Strong understanding of renewable energy concepts, technologies, and industry trends;
- Excellent project management skills;
- English proficiency.
