Functions:
Reporting to the Commercial & Marketing Director, he will have several responsibilities, from organizing the visual aspect of e-merchandising to marketing and management of online content
- Define and implement the strategy ensuring the operational excellence of e-commerce on the MEI website, Client websites and Marketplaces
- Collaborate with the entire commercial, marketing, digital, administrative, financial and logistics team to deliver an exceptional digital experience, ensuring cooperation between sales and digital teams
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators aligned with strategy and budget
- Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as monthly sales, e-offer performance, order handling, shopping cart recovery, etc.
- Co-create the annual Business Plan from the perspective of E-commerce channels, aligning internally with the respective stakeholders
- Track and execute global digital loyalty schemes related to e-commerce
- Co-create presence and strategy in affiliate marketplaces
- Actively seek out best practices and innovative ideas as an active member of the Consumer Marketing Team
- Implementation of annual e-commerce plans and CRM strategy definition
- Analyse traffic and check for failures in the digital system, in order to have the technical team informed to solve any problem immediately.
- Management of our e-commerce (add/remove products, configure products, create promotions, create campaigns, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Early career, maximum 1-2 years of experience
- Degree in Digital, Marketing, Communication, Management or Economics
- Availability to work in our offices in Sintra
- Experience in Consumer Marketing (preferably in e-Commerce and/or digital marketing)
- Multitasking and Proactivity Capability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills

**Funções**:
Com reporte ao Diretor Comercial & Marketing terá diversas responsabilidades, desde organizar o aspeto visual do e-merchandising ao marketing e gestão dos conteúdos online
- Definir e implementar a estratégia garantindo a excelência operacional do e-commerce no site MEI, sites de Clientes e Marketplaces
- Colaborar com toda a equipa comercial, marketing, digital, administrativa, financeira e logística para entregar uma experiência digital excecional, garantido cooperação entre equipas de vendas e digital
- Definir e monitorar Key Performance Indicators alinhados com a estratégia e o orçamento
- Fornecer análises e relatórios sobre métricas como vendas mensais, desempenho da e-oferta, tratamento de pedidos, recuperação de carrinhos de compras etc.
- Co-criar o Business Plan anual na perspectiva dos canais E-commerce, alinhando internamente com os respetivos stakeholders
- Acompanhar e executar esquemas globais de fidelização digital relacionados ao e-commerce
- Co-criar presença e estratégia em marketplaces de afiliados
- Procurar ativamente as melhores práticas e ideias inovadoras enquanto membro ativo da Equipe de Marketing de Consumo
- Implementação de planos anuais de comércio electrónico e definição da estratégia de CRM
- Analisar o tráfego e verificar se há falhas no sistema digital, de forma a ter a equipa técnica a informada para resolver qualquer problema imediatamente.
- Gestão do nosso e-commerce (adicionar/remover produtos, configurar produtos, criar promoções, criar campanhas etc.)

**Requisitos**:

- **Inicio de carreira, máximo 1-2 anos de experiência**:

- Licenciatura na área de Digital, Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou Economia
- Disponibilidade para Trabalhar nos nossos escritórios em Sintra
- Experiência em Marketing de Consumo (preferencialmente em e-Commerce e/ou marketing digital)
- Capacidade de MultiTasking e Proatividade
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação Oral e Escrita
- Excelente capacidade de gestão de tempo e priorização de tarefas
- Fluente em Inglês (escrito e falado)
- Experiência em Microsoft Office
- Conhecimentos de SEO, Google Ads e Google Analytics
