Reporting to the HR Business Partner, in this position, you will have an opportunity to learn about and get involved in different areas of HR, including:

- Support in designated HR administration processes
- Cooperate with HR business partner, Payroll Manager, Talent & Learning teams
- Management of smaller projects in Safety & Wellbeing
- Participate in preparation of onboarding for new employees
- Ensure the update of employee data and information: keeping the employee file and documentation updated
- Support in processes of the different areas of expertise as Recruitment; Learning; Safety & Wellbeing
- Participate in internal communication topics

About you
For you to succeed in this position, you must be an open-minded, proactive, and team-oriented person. Also, we believe that it is positive to have:

- Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar university degree
- Fluency in English and Portuguese both written and spoken is required; Spanish - good to have
- Strong drive for results attitude
- Proactivity, looking for new opportunities, taking initiative and problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel data management functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills need
- Flexible & Agile Mindset
- Some previous experience (curricular internship) in HR - good to have
