As an Independent Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards to analyze performance, productivity, and effectiveness.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support team management with regular feedback on employee performance. Document and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to analyze performance, productivity, and effectiveness. Make recommendations to improve inefficiencies.
- Perform sample reviews to monitor compliance with customers’ requirements.
- Carry on the area’s metrics’ Performance Improvement Plans.
- Calibrate constantly on audit review criteria to ensure the client’s and our operation’s understanding of the processes is the same.
- Participate in the development of quality monitoring forms, samples, quality standards, and training.
- Track, analyze, and distribute KPIs to the management team.
- Track actions and their impact on the overall operation. Escalate opportunities for growth.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both oral and written)
- Previous experience in the Quality/Contact Center is preferred for excellent customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with a self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to provide feedback and point out areas of improvement.
- Solid knowledge of Google tools (Spreadsheets, Slides, Docs, etc.)
