**Your contribution to something big**:
Group Leader of Engineering team for the development of outdoor units for residential Heat Pump Products with focus on Low Price segment:
- Motivate the team spirit and cooperation, ensure good working environment by managing:
- Technical Ownership for the outdoor unit product in the segment;
- Development of competitive products from Requirements Engineering via Module integration and testing until industrialization. Always keeping specification, timeline and costs in focus;
- Reviews of developments regarding technical and legal restrictions;
- Responsibility for life cycle management like Product Maintenance, Ratio and Quality;
- Develop organisational unit and promote cooperation/collaboration within cross functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing);
- Guarantee communication and reporting to ensure transparency and success within the cross-site setup of the entire product development.

Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge in product development with long time experience, valued if in HVAC business;
- Able to manage complex product and system development.
Managerial & Personal Skills:
- Professional experience in leading cross functional teams. Knows how to plan, organize, manage, oversee and coordinate resources according to projects timelines and milestones;
- Knowledge of transformational leadership and agile methodologies;
- Able to coach, listen effectively and provide feedback, including technical guidance;
- Strong focus on decision taking and result orientation;
- Able to delegate and define responsibilities;
- Organisational attitude and effective presentations skills combined with strategic mindset;
- Pro-active attitude with Problem solving mindset;
- Languages: English, excellent written and verbal communication skill;
- Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.
