GLOBAL MARKETS TRADE RECONSTRUCTION JUNIOR ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2206GMOCM11595.)

**About the job**
- Assist in the execution and the implementation of Records Management strategy for AMER, EMEA and APAC’s Records Management Office (RMO)
- Be able to partner and work across multiple cross-functional areas, including Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controls, centralized Records Management Program and the Data Management office

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Maintain and update RMO policy, procedures and retention schedule
- Support the automation of manual processing of regulatory and non-regulatory records
- Assist in the transformation of the firms’ records management processes to meet organisational and regulatory requirements
- Perform records management governance assessments on new bank projects, ensuring RMO standards are being met and all records and regulations are being identified and adhered to
- Work closely with IT to provide system administration oversight for the bank's internal records repositories, ensuring records management criteria is being implemented and operability is running efficiently
- Collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders to achieve compliance with recordkeeping/data annual certifications
- Develop, monitor, manage and evidence RMO controls to validate effectiveness and operability

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic background in Economics, Finance or Data Analytics
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Bank or Finance Industry
- Previous experience in Global Markets
- Strong knowledge of Financial Products
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical, rigorous and strong attention to detail
- Positive and energetic attitude, with strong teamwork spirit

**About the Team**
- Records Management Office (RMO) team oversees and coordinates all aspects of regulatory and non-regulatory records for BNP Paribas CIB group
- The RMO implements proactive measures to meet regulatory scrutiny, and stringent corporate governance requirements
- The main goal is goal to manage corporate records efficiently, protect and store records securely, make records accessible when needed and destroy out-of-policy records on a periodic basis
