**Description de la fonction**

Êtes-vous un spécialiste du service client à la recherche d'un nouveau défi?

**Avantages**:

**Horaire**: 40h par semaine, 8h par jour de 9h00 à 18h00 et du lundi au vendredi
**Lieu de travail**: Lisbonne (quartier Praça de Espanha)

**Responsabilités**:

- Réception et traitement des appels des clients nationaux;
- Enregistrement et saisie de l'appel sur un CRM ou plateforme similaire;
- Réaliser le filtrage des appels techniques et commerciaux;
- Effectuer des appels sortants pour demander des informations aux clients;
- Réception et traitement des courriels, lettres et fax des clients.

**Compétences nécessaires**:

- 12e année;
- Maîtrise du français oral et écrit - niveau C1;
- Expérience antérieure dans des fonctions similaires;
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office du point de vue de l'utilisateur;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en orientation client.
