Adecco Recruitment is developing a recruitment process for an IT PM Backoffice Banking (M/F), for an international client in Porto.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks; Develop and maintain partnerships with thirdparty resources, including vendors and researchers; Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables; Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Requirements 5 years of project management experience; Experience in Infos, Primavera or very strong experience with SAP or other ERP systems; Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines; Proven success working with all levels of management; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent presentation skills; Fluent in English ; Must be able to communicate in French (intermediate level) and also in Portuguese; Professional certification such as PMP, Scrum, SAFe or PRINCE2 is a plus; Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets is a plus; Bank domain experience is a plus.
