**CONTENT DEVELOPMENT**

We are a diverse, dynamic, global team of content creators, dedicated to communicating the FARFETCH message to our customer. From catalogue management and product data, to size & fit solutions and localisation, the Content umbrella manages end to end content and asset creation, creating a unique luxury experience, found only on FARFETCH.

**GUIMARÃES**

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area, and unbeatable chill-out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. From Account Management to Technology and Product, whatever your skills are, you'll find your fit here. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano in your lunch break

**THE ROLE**

Reporting into the Senior Lead, we are looking for a talented people manager to be the Lead responsible for the Content in Production Agents, a newly established team within Content Production. You will need to motivate the team to meet their targets, ensure their writing follows the FARFETCH style guides and work closely with both Content and Production Teams to support any strategy led projects. There will be a focus on operational excellence and a drive to constantly push the status quo which makes this role both challenging and exciting.

**Notes: This is a full-time on-site position based in Porto but with weekly visits to Guimarães (Avepark). Please submit your CV in English.**

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will manage a large group of Content in Production Agents responsible for creating technical product content for the PDP
- Monitor and report the team’s objectives, quality metrics, and service level agreements to ensure they are in line with the overall team’s targets
- Work with Production Planning teams to organize resources and manage schedules to meet our goals
- Review team processes and suggest improvement initiatives
- Work with individuals to create personal development plans, supporting careers and progression within their role
- Work with the Managers, Leads, and Editors to establish how best to develop the team and create training plans for continuous improvement
- You will promote strategic plans to support the E-commerce Content Production Department and the wider business

WHO YOU ARE
- An experienced Lead with a passion for production or workflow management
- Proven experience in content and resource planning
- Excellent organisational skills, intuitive and highly solution-oriented with people and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate and knowledgeable about luxury fashion with experience in e-commerce
- A motivator who excels in leading a team, encouraging those around you, and striving for everyone to express their opinions and ideas within a safe space
