Do you have experience in PMO and want to be part of a new project that will offer a new state of the art cloud solution to our Procurement colleagues around the world? With your excellent communication skills aligned with your project expertise you will help us drive our Digital Procurement team to the next level Join us in Porto and contribute to the implementation of a new cloud solution for Procurement processes

As a Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for setting and maintaining project standards, by developing processes, guiding project managers, documenting activities, and creating presentation material for project review.

In your new role you will:

- **Develop and maintain project management processes **, standards, templates, and tools to **ensure consistency, efficiency, and project excellence **;
- Provide **guidance and support **to project managers in **managing project budget, schedule, and scope constraints **;
- **Coordinate communication **across **project teams and stakeholders **;
- **Develop, maintain and follow-up **on project documentation, including minutes, project plans, status reports, risk management plans, and change control logs;
- **Provide presentation material **for the project for all management levels;
- **Take over **specific **project responsibilities, **such as participate in **cutover and testing activities **to achieve successful handover to operational teams.

Your practical experiences with project management along with your problem solving and root-cause identification skills allows you to work effectively at all levels of an organization. Your excellent communication skills aligned with your great presentation skills will make your message clearly transmitted to multiple audiences. Furthermore, you have the ability to influence others in moving toward a common vision or goal while being able to collaborate in global and cross functional teams.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, **or similar field of studies;
- **At least 3 years of experience in PMO **for global cloud implementation projects;
- Experience with and knowledge of **project management principles **, **methodologies, and tools **as well as with **project management approaches **, and **phases of the project lifecycle **;
- Experience with **Microsoft Office tools **, especially **Excel **and **PowerPoint **;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory).
