The purpose of this role is to support the definition of the digital strategy of one individual client (Baking area), taking in account its specific goals and KPIs and establishing synergies between SEO and other marketing/communication actions.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3/4 years with experience in Search Engine Optimization activities (strategy, content, technical, off-site, reporting)

Understanding and focus on client's business/communication strategy and clear understanding of setting and monitoring KPIs.

Strategic vision in diagnosing the multi-sector market and ability to identify opportunities and barriers to accelerate clients' business growth, both in the short, medium and long term (all-funnel perspective).

Operational experience in using SEO related tools (e.g. MOZ, Linkdex, Brightedge, Google Keyword Planner, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, DeepCrawl, Google Data Studio, etc)

Critical sense, discipline, organization skills and ability to meet deadlines, proactivity and team spirit.

Project management skills - planning/scheduling all project necessities with all the involved teams to meet deadlines and guarantee the efficiency of the strategy, resources organization/team leading skills

Knowledge / interest / willing to work for the Banking area

Excellent fluency in English (oral and written) and fluency in Spanish (oral and written).

Degree in Marketing, Management and Journalism preferred.

**Job Description**:

- Definition of SEO strategy: identification of objectives and design of strategic approach;
- Identification and selection of keywords, analysis of search volumes and evaluation of organic visibility rankings of the website + competition (gap opportunities)
- Website structure definition and metadata creation/optimisation: construction of URL structure, page title and meta description;
- Knowledge of basic UX best practices;
- Production and optimisation of SEO friendly content/articles for implementation on website pages and/or Youtube videos;
- Technical audits: identify and prioritize errors considering their severity and their impact on website’s performance; ability to manage and define ownership on different actions across specific teams to resolve the issues; capability to trespass obstacles and find alternative solutions
- Creation and implementation of Outreach / Link Building strategies;
- Monitoring / Optimization of SEO strategy taking into account the defined KPIs
- Periodic reporting of the results generated by SEO actions with quantitative and qualitative data analysis: identification of insights that allow strategy efficiency improvement + insights that support more transversal business/communication decisions
- Creating and optimising dashboards with data aggregation from different sources (extraction, processing and presentation)
- Presentations: ability to build narratives based on specific data, oriented to problem solving (good oral expression skills)
- Client Management: managing the relationship with different teams and intervenient (national and international) and defining priorities;
