Role overview

As the IT Governance Administrator, you will closely work with the IT Governance Manager and other IT Leaders, to assist in establishing and improving IT-Business processes. You will also collaborate with all IT teams collecting inputs necessary for reporting as well as helping the IT Community following existing procedures. The person with this role will be greatly invested in communications both internally and with other teams. Acting as point of contact for IT, you will have the opportunity to work with all other departments, including Finance, FP&A, HR, Procurement and Audit.

**Responsibilities**:
Performing periodic audits to IT Governance, Procurement, HR, Project Management, Finance and Communications processes;
Participate in the execution of plans to implement processes and IT controls in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders;
Identify opportunities where possible in order to improve current processes Preparing ad-hoc and cyclical presentations to C-Level, IT Leaders and IT Community;
Actively engaging the IT and other departments employees promoting the latest IT Achievements;
Assist on IT Headcount and Recruitment control;
Contribute on setting up an IT Governance Framework and System;
Coordinate and supervise external audits ensuring that internal teams have all the tools necessary to its completion.

**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
Fluent English both written and spoken;
General computer literacy;
MS Excel & PowerPoint above average;
Strong analytical and presentation skills;
Easygoing, openminded, ready to learn;
Highly organized and motivated;
Spanish is a plus.
