Our Cultural Association, nestled in the lush landscapes of northern Portugal, is in search of a versatile leader to oversee operations, properties, and foster a flourishing community. From managing day-to-day operations to curating a harmonious living environment, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase and transcend your expertise in our one-of-a-kind setting

**About the Role**:This isn't your ordinary COO or property manager position We need someone who can wear multiple hats and lead with a strong sense of purpose. You will be instrumental in steering the association's operations while also ensuring our properties are well-maintained and our community thrives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Cultural Association to ensure smooth functioning.

Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our mission and values.

Manage and maintain the 9-hectare forested estate, ensuring it remains an inviting and tranquil space.

Coordinate property maintenance, renovations, and improvements to enhance guest experiences.

Foster a positive and inclusive community environment, promoting collaboration and creativity.

Facilitate efficient communication and coordination among various teams and departments.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

Plan and organize events and gatherings that reflect the essence of our vibrant community.

**About You**:You are an experienced professional in COO, operations, or property management, seeking an extraordinary opportunity. **Must-Haves**:
Experience in COO, operations, or property management roles.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with the community and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently, delivering results within deadlines.

Innovative thinking, able to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.

A desire to test a array of approaches, reflect and dynamically adopt effective aspects
