**_QHSE MANAGER_**:
We are a world leader in renewable energies utility looking for a highly skilled** QHSE Manager **with previous experience leading the Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance tasks related to the installation of renewable energy facilities in Portugal.

The QHSE Manager will be in collaboration with business and operation services (Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Networks, HR, Legal, etc.). You will work with different external partners and stakeholders such as developers, external agencies contractors and others. As member of an international team, you will have key functions on ensuring compliance of execution of projects targets in terms of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality, according with the Company Business Plan.

The position will be in our offices located in Lisbon, Portugal.

**_ Responsibilities_**:

- Implementation of Iberdrola QHSE policy and action plans, ensuring regulatory monitoring, developing QHSE instructions, local technical specification, and guidelines.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor PV solar and onshore wind project specific QHSE systems, management plans, associated processes, risk maps, procedures, and documents (aligning them with Iberdrola ´corporate Management System and local, regional, state legislation applicable to the Project).
- Coordinate QHSE Contractors human resources to ensure effective implementation of policies and requirements.
- Create and deliver Iberdrola QHSE related training and awareness internally and externally (contractors, service providers)

**_Skills and Requirements_**:
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environment, Health & Safety or related field).
- Deep knowledge in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Valid certification in occupational health and safety (Level VI).
- Essential to demonstrate deep knowledge of Local Environmental, Health & Safety Laws (and subsequent regulations), electrical standards, works at height and lifting (crane) operations standards, along with local and international industrial best practices.

**_PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE_**:

- 5 years’ experience in civil or mechanical works, ideally in the renewable energy (wind / solar / batteries) sector.
- Experience working in an international environment or in international renewable/infrastructure projects, working with international project teams.
