**We are looking for**
- An Environmental, Social, and Governance Internal Controls Specialist to be in charge of driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of an internal control
- This position will report to the Internal Controls Manager and closely collaborate with many stakeholders in different functions (e.g. Finance, Sustainability Development, IT, Legal & Compliance, Industrial) and GBUs

**We count on you to**
- Coordinating the design and implementation of an Internal Control Framework for non-financial reporting in accordance with CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and other relevant existing and emerging frameworks in a global context and as part of a company-wide CSRD project
- Assisting with identifying risks and documenting ESG-related processes and internal controls to ensure the timely, correct, and transparent reporting of sustainability goals and metrics
- Supporting the process and control owners to roll out changes or new controls if needed (indicating which issues and controls shall be a priority for the coming year, as well as the roll-out plan)
- Assisting with coordinating ESG-related internal control assessments with the external auditors and internal auditors to optimize coverage and minimize the disruption in the audited entities
- Working collaboratively with process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective actions)
- Collaborating with and supporting the Internal Controls Manager in broader internal control-related topics to ensure consistency in the design and implementation of the Group’s internal control framework
- Contributing to the effectiveness of the internal control framework by using various assessments (walk-throughs, self-assessments, analysis of internal or external audit results)

**You will bring**
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment, including at least 2 years related to Internal Controls, Internal Audits, or Project Management
- Knowledge of ESG / CSRD-related topics
- Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP)

Technical skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Affinity for process design, data-driven processes, process improvement, and automation
- ERP (preferably SAP)
