IntroductionO nosso cliente é do setor industrial e, neste momento, pretende integrar na sua estrutura um Environmental, Social and Governance Supervisor (m/f).

FunctionA reportar diretamente à EHS Manager, o profissional selecionado irá assumir as seguintes responsabilidades:

Coordenar a execução, missão e eficácia do plano de sustentabilidade da organização;Analisar políticas e processos da organização para identificar as áreas onde são necessárias melhorias;Colaborar nos processos de transformação industrial em alinhamento com o plano de sustentabilidade;Coordenar o desenvolvimento ESG da organização, tendo em consideração tendências emergentes, melhores práticas e padrão ESG industrial;Desenvolver e acompanhar processos e metodologias que visem a certificação integrada nos sistemas de ambiente, segurança e saúde no trabalho;Planear e elaborar conteúdos de formações que visem a implementação da visão ESG na organização;Colaboração e participação em projetos/atividades no âmbito ESG para a organização e/ou parceria com os stakeholders;Identificar e avaliar potenciais riscos no plano de sustentabilidade da organização;Colaboração com outros departamentos na utilização de ferramentas de melhoria.

Function requirementsLicenciatura em Ciências Ambientais ou similar;Experiência mínima de três anos em ambiente industrial, bem como experiência na implementação e acompanhamento de sistemas de gestão integrados e melhoria contínua;CCP de Formadores;Título profissional de Técnico Superior de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho será valorizado;Resiliência;Elevada capacidade de comunicação e interação.
