Project Manager I

TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Lead/execute tool & process transfers and work together with relevant stakeholders like Sending and Receiving Org, Sales & Marketing, Quality, Engineering etc.
- Prepare and analyze “Current State” of AUT EMEA’s Tool & Process Transfer Procedure. Identifies priorities for improvements, workout solutions together with stakeholders and coordinates implementation of agreed actions
- Digitalize transfer process steps and necessary documentations (work together with Automotive EMEA Operations plants and internal partners in the area of Digital Factory)
- Identify, interpret and merge data sources, manage large amounts of data, ensure consistency of data-sets, create visualizations which help in understanding data and transfer scenarios
- Support all TEOA initiatives according Star Level requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement projects with active participation
- Project Coordinator for new project, representing the function of technical facilitator for production implementation, focus on coordination of general manufacturing projects.
- Work with Product, Process and Quality Engineers to develop the best process methodology for new and for transfer projects.
- Define and keep Implementation Plans, find solutions to any roadblocks related with project progression.
- Prepare and Present Project Reviews with management.
- Schedule regular follow up meetings related with projects on hands.
