**Your Mission**:
**At Capgemini Engineering Portugal we are looking for a Portuguese and English Teacher.**

**Your Role**:

- **Planning and conducting effective and stimulating lessons;**:

- **Continuous assessment of student progress, providing constructive feedback.**:

- **Preparing and adapting teaching materials, manuals, assessments, timetables and all the necessary pedagogical documentation.**:

- **Cultivating a positive and participative learning environment.**:

- **Establishing a bridge with the projects in order to understand the company's language needs.**:

- **Collaborating with the training team and meeting the objectives set by the L&D department.**

**Your Profile**:

- **Master's degree or degree in Languages and Literatures, Portuguese-English variant (or similar).**:

- **Certificate of Pedagogical Competence (CCP) or to act as a trainer.At least two years' proven experience in teaching English as a foreign language and Portuguese as a foreign language.**:

- **Fluency in English, both oral and written, at CECRL level C2.**:

- **Knowledge of foreign language teaching methodologies and the latest trends in language teaching.**:

- **Effective communication skills.**:

- **Solid computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.**:

- **Ability to work as part of a team.**:

- **Flexibility.**
