For our office in **Lisbon **we are looking for a
**Receptionist (f/m/d)**
**Your responsibilities**
- Call answering and internal management of requests
- Organization of meeting and conference rooms
- Ordering and stock control of stationery and office material
- Administrative management of daily requests
- Management of incoming and outgoing national and international courier
- Company car booking management
- Reception of company employees, guests and suppliers
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external events (such as openings or anniversaries)
**Your qualifications**
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Administrative or Secretarial functions
- High knowledge of office administrative responsibilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to work in a young and continuously growing company
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong interpersonal relation skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent language skills in Portuguese and English are mandatory
