The CXC CRZ Supplier Relation Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality customer service through the ability to solve problems in a timely manner, thus reducing or eliminating payouts, while decreasing member complaints. It is required to have a full understanding of the Brands’ policies and guidelines under their care, being highly adaptable to changes, program and process’ updates required by the organization. The CXC Cruise Supplier Relation Specialist will directly interact by phone and through written communications with customers and suppliers and is expected to maintain a professional demeanor in each interaction to ensure customer satisfaction and to support the organizations’ relationship with the partner brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete outbound calls and, on exceptional occasions, answer inbound customer service calls as needed
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Service member for post-booking requests through completion of travel and after if needed
- Provide high quality customer service and product knowledge regarding member programs serviced
- Schedule adherence and compliance of guidelines and policies of the department.
- Maintains productivity of 85% or greater.
- Completes all other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year or more prior cruise sales or service experience.
- 1 year or more experience in handling inbound calls/call center environment.
- Excellent writing skills is a must
- Strong computer knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle escalated issues, difficult people and/or situations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks by prioritization.
- Computer knowledge, to include Microsoft Office programs.
- Travel industry knowledge helpful
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime, when approved.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Self-motivated, high tolerance to frustration and stress, quick learning abilities, adaptable to quick changes upon business needs.
