**A PPM Coachers está a recrutar para a função de QE Lead**
**A tua missão**:
- Elaborar estratégias de teste específicas para soluções SaaS;
- Realizar avaliações do software de Customer Contact Center, garantindo que ele atenda aos padrões de qualidade e às necessidades dos usuários;
- Supervisionar todas as fases do ciclo de vida do QE, desde o planeamento até a execução e relatórios, incluindo testes funcionais, de desempenho e de segurança;
- Garantir a colaboração eficaz, a comunicação clara e o alinhamento com os objetivos;
- Manter uma comunicação aberta e transparente com todos os stakeholders, incluindo Developers, Gestores de Projeto e usuários finais.
**Requirements**:
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos na função de QE Lead;
- Experiência em soluções Saas, entendendo os desafios que surgem ao tentar testá-las à medida que entram em nossa ecosfera;
- Experiência em software de Customer Contact Center;
- Experiência em gestão de QE de ciclo de vida completo;
- Gestão de pessoal off-shore;
- Experiência em gestão e comunicação de stakeholders;
- Conhecimentos nas metodologias Waterfall e/ou Agile;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação;
- Boa perspicácia de liderança.
