Social Media Strategist

**About the Position**:
This position is expected to manage a portfolio of the client(s) for Branding & Marketing including, a brand revamp, social media handling, improve web presence, improve the customer success rate.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Be the brand custodian for design and creative deliveries
- Manage a portfolio of client account(s) and project(s). Ensuring effective delivery and time management to enhance client satisfaction.
- Devise Brand Strategies
- Voice of Brand, Brand Image, and Brand’s outlook.
- Copywriting content and captions for; social media calendars, E-Commerce, newsletters, and other creatives as per clients' requirements.
- Strategize and executive plans for social media engagement and create a brand image
- Create Marketing Deck on PowerPoint for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual plans with milestones.
- Provide communications support for special projects and initiatives.
- Work with the design team to produce creatives as per the branding guidelines and the client’s requirements.
- Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.
- Meeting marketing team objectives, brand values, and deadlines.
- Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
- Work hand in hand with the marketing and other team members to identify opportunities, initiate new plans, and lead projects from start to finish.
- Maintain budget spent reports for complete transparency alongside performance reports highlighting the value of our work to the client.
- Create Reports on Organic and Paid Marketing outcomes and action plans
- Manage all types of social media accounts FB, Insta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Google.
**Requirements**:
- **Required**: 3 years of Agency experience working on client-side marketing projects.
- **Preferred**: International client handling.
- Proficient in organic and paid Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Knows the art of data visualization.
- Loves Instagram and likes to play with it
- Good with writing short captions
- Ability To Create Well-rounded strategies that are executable within client budgets.
- A keen sense of design that adheres to modern standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects in coordination with the production department for swift delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to rationalize and explain suggested strategies to a client
