We're seeking a dynamic Web Editor to help us to deliver high-quality simulations and courses to keep our customers satisfied and continuously updated with fresh material.

WHO ARE WE?

We are** Nimblr** - we provide Security Awareness, a cloud-based Cyber Security training solution for companies and organizations, leveraging expertise from Cyber Security, e-learning, pedagogy, and web development. Our engaging training equips our customers' workforce with essential Cyber Security skills and knowledge, enhancing their organization's resilience against potential threats.

Keeping the customer satisfied is our top priority. As a web editor, ensuring customer satisfaction is woven into every aspect of our work

Here's a breakdown of what the role typically entails.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content, including simulations and courses, to meet the evolving needs of our audience
- Content editing and formatting: Deliver the best quality experiences possible and maintain high standards of quality
- Proofreading: checking a final draft carefully and correcting typos, grammatical mistakes, and other writing issues before publication
- Translation: translating text into several languages using translation tools
- Content Management: Manage content schedules and deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Newsletters: compose, edit and publish newsletters and websites using publishing tools.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant education and merited if you have 2 years of proven experience in web editing, content creation, or a related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of HTML and basic coding
- Strong understanding of data management and formatting
- Good design and layout skills
- A strong team player that easily adapts and drives improvements in a positive way
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Any experience from IT-Security is meritorious, as well as knowledge of Zendesk, Webflow & Hubspot.
