We are looking for a **Helpdesk and Service Desk Specialist **to join our team in Oeiras

**Responsibilities/ tasks**:

- Create Guides and Tips documents to prevent future issues
- Support all users using the IT tools provided by company, in person and remotely
- Support the network, Azure servers, and Windows VM's
- Create or improve the Knowledge base after a problem is solved and keep everything well documented
- Include and keep the inventory tool well filled
- Be available if needed to cover the 24/7 service for IT emergency
- Contribute to the evolution of the maturation of users with regard to digital security

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience HelpDesk / End-User
- Strong experience in IT Solution provider
- Knowledge of Azure Servers environment
- Knowledge of IT network
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Teamwork skills
- English: Very good level

**NOTES**:

- Languages: very good level of English is mandatory
- work schedule: US time
- Hybrid Regime : 3 x week at the offices in Miraflores
