**About the Role**
The Global Service Design (GSD) Operations Insights team has been given the charge to build standardized data reporting and insights solutions for the Global COEs through the Fount program. The Fount program tackles 2 key value propositions in CommOps: Foundational
- where the goal is to establish Fount as the Global COE SSOT (single source of truth); and Transformational
- where the goal is to develop Fount for Global COE use cases on Footprint and Operational Insights.
We are looking for an exceptional Program Specialist (Process Design Governance) to join our Global Service Design
- Operations Insights team to work with the Global CommOps Support, A&I, WFM, Enablement, and regional COE Ops teams to design, build, and implement a Process Design Governance Strategy for the Global CommOps COE network with the goal of global alignment and consistency in processes affecting data reporting.. This individual will also support and manage the project to make sure that the scope and direction is on schedule, meeting the objectives it was designed for, and reported completely and accurately to all stakeholders. In addition, this role requires that the person managing the program-related change requests, be involved in meetings, forums and in deck and slides preparation and presentation to mid to senior level stakeholders.
**What You’ll Do**
- Help design, build, and implement a Process Design Governance Strategy for the Global COEs network of CommOps
- Build, document, and govern the COE process Design Governance Playbook
- Design, manage, and own the change request management process related to the rollout of the COE Process Design Governance
- Independently execute this global project ensuring we keep track of plans, quality and timelines for such activities;
- Estimate work efforts, design project plans, define milestones and manage resources accordingly, while driving adherence and compliance to deadlines on deliverables as assigned to projects;
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization;
- Collaborate with Global CommOps, Support, Enablement, and Regional COE leadership teams to ensure delivery to desired goals and work towards timely execution
- Help ideate and work through end to end programs right through ideation, execution and closure of priority programs for the program
- Track progress, understand dependencies, communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders, and facilitate and coordinate schedules for meeting either locally or across sites
- Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress. Manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.
- Create top management-level slide presentations
- Gather, research, and analyze stakeholder inputs on Process Design Governance and create analyses and recommendations on way forward
- Organize, drive, and participate in Global Process Design Governance Central Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of prior work experience
- Project management: you have proven experience of managing multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to tight timescales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent deck creation and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items. Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand complex concepts and work across multiple functions and teams. Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills; Offer creative thinking and solutions
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma experience, training, or certification
- Experience in data reporting and analytics
- Experience in Solution Design or Design Governance
- Knowledge of Change Request and WavePlan Processes
