We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Intelligence Inside Sales Analyst based in Lisbon, Portugal to join our high performing organization (Hybrid & remote working facilities).

**About the role**:
This is a key role in our organisation as you will partner and be the point of contact for commercial reporting, sales analytics and sales operations related topics for Inside Sales EMEA management and commercial team. You will have the direct accountability to create, develop and run reporting tools and solutions, interpret data from different sources to identify business insights in the market, support sales team with sales operations & new tools deployment and training.

Your Geographic scope will be across European markets.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Business Leadership
- Develop deep insights into the needs of Inside Sales teams and local business operations
- Proactively identify business reporting, data and tools needs, reduction of inefficiencies and cost of doing business
- Propose, align and implement comprehensive analytical solutions (using Excel, CRM platforms, Tableau reporting tools, databases, external data sources and research, etc...) to generate insights and data supporting business decision making
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis, using diverse analytical tools and integrating various data sources, such as sales, volumes by channel, customer, market shares, stock levels, ad-hoc research learnings and secondary data sources
- SIP: define targets, track and report SIP attainments, calculate bonus for sales teams
- Review, verify, update HCP and pharmacies segmentations and targeting strategy / plans, sales territory designs. Track and monitor SFE KPIs
- Build external relationships and partnerships with outsourced support & data providers (such as ZS Associates, IQVIA, other research suppliers) as well as other functions / organizations within Lifescan (such as IT, Sales, Finance, EMEA CommEx team, etc.).

Leadership
- Collaborates seamlessly with leadership, sales and MFTs inside BU to deliver timely and accurate analytical outputs to commercial leaders
- Motivates, inspires and influences others across the organization and enterprise to achieve results in line with Lifescan EMEA strategy
- Fosters a culture of insight-driven innovation
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to attain business results
- Embodies the Lifescan Code of Conduct in all internal and external interactions and conducts business in compliance with ethical and legal

**Required Skills**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have a strong business leadership and ownership mindset with an agile approach to your work. It would be an advantage if you had experience in pharmaceutical and / or medical devices industry.

Together with
- Strong analytical, software and data management skills, experience with creating and maintaining business dashboards (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong business leadership and ownership mindset
- Ability to integrate and interpret data from different sources to generate business insights, with good presentation skills.
- Experience and knowledge of business models with 100% remote customer coverage is a big advantage
- Strong internal collaboration skills with Country Leaders, MFT, Sales team, IT etc. to support teams' technical aspects, analytics, reporting.
- Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix and cross-country environment to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to build mutually beneficial networks and partnerships with key business partners.
- Unquestioned ethics, integrity and Code of Conduct-based leadership.
- Proficiency in English, other European languages are appreciated.
- Eagerness to learn and develop

Experience
- 3-5 years of progressive business experience is required
- Business and sales analytics experience in pharmaceutical / medical devices industry is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Multi-functional / multi co
