The Services & Care Portfolio Management team is responsible for the design, development, launch and maintenance of services and service products. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle; gathering and prioritizing service product and customer requirements; defining the services vision linked with the Nokia Software Apps portfolio and collaborating with key work partners to deliver winning service products and solutions. The position will be work with the Product & Services process in alignment with the Applications Services & Care business.

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with a track record of successfully driving projects from planning to closing, customer focused and technology savvy.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Demand/Supply Management by understanding project funnel for each market.
- Manage target KPIs defined for Services/Delivery.
- Work in coordination with Business Lines Stream Managers & Solution Managers towards the Market Services.
- Drive Delivery excellence for the Business Unit segment areas.
- Management Reporting/Presentations.
- Manage various interlocks with Business Lines and Market Services Units.
- Ensure delivery model adherence and initiates delivery improvement programs.
- Initiates and supports audits and benchmarking exercises.
- Drives deployment of standard BL specific tools and process.
- Contributes/Maintains Operational Performance Management dashboard.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Must have 7 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in E2E program management across multiple domains and leading global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to build great relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage competing demands.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Have a Master’s degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science.
- Excellent understanding of the industry landscape, including customers, potential partners, direct competitors and competing and emerging technologies and architectures.
- Good experience in large and complex System Integration Projects involving Software customization.
- Having Software developing experience for about 3-4 years is desirable.
- Experience in Strategizing business development and efficiency programs through transformation/transition.
- Ability and flexibility to develop and deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in conflict management and negotiation, with abilities to influence and lead others.
- High energy. willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to forge trusted relationships using an open and respectful communication and collaboration style.
- High level of analytic skills, customer orientation, structure, systematic working attitude and result oriented approach.
- Personal commitment and ownership of tasks.
- Knowledge of the Business Applications business
- Basic understanding of the SAFe/Agile Processes
- Understanding of Professional Services business models
