EnergyEase is a dynamic and growing company focused on insulation, based in Lisbon. Our mission is to deliver top-quality insulation for individuals and businesses. As our operations expand, we are seeking an **Internal Finance Administrator** to support and streamline our financial processes.

We are looking for a dedicated **Internal Finance Administrator** to work on a part-time basis **for 8 hours per week.** This role will involve essential financial administration tasks and will suit someone with a keen eye for detail, experience in Portuguese tax regulations, and a proactive approach to supporting a growing business.

**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:

- Track and monitor paid invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Perform reconciliations between proposals and invoices to ensure consistency.
- Conduct project-level assessments, comparing estimated profit with actual profit.
- Collect and organize all expense records and link them to corresponding bank transactions.
- Prepare financial data and documentation for our external accountant to support VAT submissions.
- Assist in establishing a structured internal financial administration, creating more control and transparency in our financial operations.

- **Strong Financial Administrative Skills**: You have experience in financial administration, can conduct thorough checks on invoices and expenses, and manage financial data with accuracy.
