**As a Junior Product Trainee, what are you going to do?**
- Work closely with product management and technical teams to understand and translate technical and product features to benefits-focused messaging;
- Develop profound knowledge of Vision-Box’s market, industry segments and our customers' challenges and needs;
- Support the creation of Go-to-Market plans in alignment with Product, Marketing and Sales;
- Develop use cases and value propositions and translate them into high-impact customer-facing marketing materials that communicate the unparalleled benefits of the Vision-Box product & solutions portfolio;
- Partner with other marketing functions to create compelling content and campaigns across the entire buyer’s journey, from awareness to acquisition, nurture, conversion and retention;
- Partner with Product & Market Intelligence to gather, analyze and disseminate market and competitive data; create and maintain sales-facing battle cards;
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials to ensure their ongoing ability to sell and support these products, as well as be able to up-sell and cross-sell related offerings.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field;
- Experience with Office tools;
- Self-motivator with strong intra-personal skills;
- Creativity, result-orientation, attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills and efficient, proactive working manner, using own initiative;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- Ability to be flexible and work independently and in teams;
- Fluency in English.
