PRODUCT MARKETING TRAINEE (m/f) AREA/DEPARTAMENTO A área de Product Marketing desempenha um papel essencial na definição da estratégia de marcas do Pestana Hotel Group. Nesta área, terás a oportunidade de integrar uma equipa criativa da maior e mais internacional cadeia hoteleira portuguesa.
AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS: Irás desenvolver planos de desenvolvimento de conteúdo em conjunto com as equipas comerciais e operacionais, validar conteúdos de acordo com brand guidelines, garantir qualidade e consistência de conteúdos através de auditorias regulares, apoiar em iniciativas de ativação local, e analisar tendências do consumidor e da concorrência que permitam extrair recomendações acionáveis à estratégia de marcas do Grupo.
AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES: Apoiar o desenvolvimento e implementação de planos de ativação de marca com as estruturas locais; Trabalhar como ponto de contacto das equipas operacionais para ativações de marca e produto; Participar no calendário anual de iniciativas da marca e produto; Desenvolver conteúdos especializados (p.e. apresentações para área de vendas); Rever conteúdos regularmente nos vários touchpoints garantindo qualidade e consistência (p.e. site, conteúdos multimédia, brochuras, etc.) Fazer briefings para agência ou equipa de desenvolvimento de conteúdos; Analisar tendências de consumidor e concorrência. QUEM PROCURAMOS? Mestrado na área de Gestão, Marketing ou Marketing Digital; Sentido crítico e abordagem estruturada a problemas, orientada à sua resolução; Pensamento criativo; Facilidade de comunicação e influência; Confortável com tarefas que exijam proatividade e autonomia; Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; Fluência em inglês; Familiaridade com Excel e Powerpoint.
