The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically driven Product Marketing Manager to spearhead messaging and campaign development across CoW Protocol's product suite. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of CoW Protocol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, collaborating closely with the business development, product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Drive consumer understanding of CoW Protocol product benefits through ongoing initiatives that address consumer need states.
  • Gain a deep understanding of CoW Protocol's target audiences, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with those audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and position CoW Protocol's products in relation to those trends.
  • Define success metrics in partnership with the data team and regularly report on performance against those metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to drive collaboration and ensure alignment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining strategic documents, such as briefs, messaging architectures, comms plans, campaign blueprints, and rollouts.
  • Ability to orchestrate campaign delivery from creative briefing to asset trafficking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Strong project management skills and a passion for crypto and DeFi.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to travel internationally for work.
