Product Marketing Manager

At OLX, we're seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our Motors business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that showcase our products and services to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, data, and engineering, to create compelling product messaging and content.
  • Lead the development of sales enablement materials, user education, and in-product communications to drive product adoption and customer success.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of content, including videos, blog posts, and slide presentations, to effectively communicate product value propositions to our target audience.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across countries, channels, media, and formats, and develop communication programs to onboard local marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital product marketing, with a proven track record of driving product growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling product narratives and messaging.
  • Experience in developing and implementing GTM strategies, with a focus on product marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
