Ferring+You
You will be the performer of overall accounting activities namely in P2P. Executor will be the Backup of their manager and will be in charge of identifying risks and timely solution identification are key to create a trustful relationship, whereas creating a clear governance and communication dynamic is very important.
Your day at Ferring
This role contributes to proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, as well as with specific company policies and accounting principles.- Perform the end of activities in Purchase-to-Pay, including postings, payments and reconciliations, accruals, and provisions. Support the business when required to lease any conflicts, looking for solutions. Carries registration/booking of all incoming and outgoing transactions using Ferring accounting software and in compliance with local tax and legal requirements, as well, Ferring accounting policies and procedures.- Cash and Bank: Ensures the payments are properly prepared, booked and reconciled with the suppliers’ accounts and effective purchases.- Manage the End-to-End expense reports, from validation, booking and payout of expenses.- Will have normal interactions with the tax manager to comply with local tax regulations and auditors when applicable.
Behind our innovation There’s you- 1 to 3 years minimum experience in accounting.- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and reporting principles and processes.- Costumer Focus and Satisfaction mindset (quality and timeliness delivery).- Strong functional/technical skills (Protheus ERP is valuable).- Fluent in Portuguese and English mandatory. Other language is valuable.- Ability to work in a decentralized finance structure.- Nice to have experience in Shared Service.- Self-driven with initiative. Strong drive for achieving results.- Essential problem-solving skills and resilience.- Ability to effectively inform and plan.- Good communication and stakeholder management.- Strong priority setting capabilities.- Proactive attitude towards work.
