General Purpose- As a Senior Copywriter Digital Creative you are accountable for delivering a wide range of digital copywriting solutions. You are an experienced storyteller, knowing your digital channels and touchpoints. You will be developing our digital creative projects from concept to completion - following the global brand direction, style guides and tone of voice policies for adidas. You work with the creative team - including copywriters, and designers
- as well as all strategic stakeholders, to deliver industry leading digital solutions. Additionally, you manage a team of copywriters to create responsive and effective digital experiences.- Key Responsibilities
Scope: Accountable for the delivery of a wide range of copywriting solutions for adidas global digital experiences.-
Digital Creative Solutions
-Lead the delivery of copy content and services for digital campaigns, projects, services and toolkits for BUs, Markets and Digital Dept.
-Contribute and develop the copywriting direction for digital campaigns and creative concepts.
-Develop the creation of progressive and creative digital concepts from ideation to final execution.
-Lead the creation of appealing copy that attracts, inspires and engages our consumers throughout their journey and helps them to achieve their goal and ambitions through sports.
-Collaborate with digital creative experts, freelancers and agencies to ensure efficient delivery of copy deliverables and augment internal competencies with external creative input.
-Creative Standards
-Drive the creation of copy (and translations) guidelines and ensure implementation through templates and toolkits, enabling global consistency and raising the quality of execution.
-Drive and enable creative reviews and ensure the brand is represented consistently across all copy deliverables and is adhering to the brand’s direction.
-Drive continuous improvements and elevation of copy deliverables.
-Keep up to date with trends in digital technologies and digital copywriting practices and train the team.
-Contribute to the digital creative community by sharing and incorporating best practices.
-Creative Consultation & Collaboration
-Consult stakeholders on digital copywriting and providing examples of innovative solutions for new digital creative execution.
-Present your ideas and copy to major stakeholders and support your work with a clear rational and recommendations. Challenge stakeholders and business owners to ensure optimized solutions for our consumer, business and brand.

- Requirements
Education & Experience
-Degree with focus on Creative Writing, Marketing & Communications, Media and related areas
-8+ years of experience as a Copywriter within a global creative agency or environment
-Experience working with brands developing creative solutions on a global level
-Knowledge of digital industry and ability to predict future trends
-Experience developing successful concepts and working in collaborative multi-functional teams
-3+ years of experience in leading a creative team
-Soft-Skills
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
-Creative writer and lead with consumer behavioral knowledge
-Consistency in tone of voice while maintaining a creative approach
-Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for digital creative & copywriting
-Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with the Group
-Excellent relationship and people management skills are required
-Hard-Skills
-Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other Copywriting software solutions
-Experience in SEO copywriting
-Perfect English written skills, both in grammar and in style
