Billing Specialist

**A day in the life of...**
- Analyse and check KPls on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's);
- Participate in KPls trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
- Responsible for issuing the invoices to the various companies of the group and sending regular reports of the billing statements.
- Perform daily health checks to ensure billing errors are covered and corrected.
- Collaborate with other streams to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep track of billing activity with clear and reliable data to present in regular operational meetings.

**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit accounting rules).
- Fluent English level.
- French Speaker (plus).
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude required.
- Good Organization and Prioritization skills to be able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and Respectfulness required.
