De forma a **reforçar a equipa da direção de Transformação da NOS**, pretendemos recrutar um **Manager para gestão do Programa de Transformação Operacional**, que terá como principal responsabilidade liderar o desenvolvimento dos projetos de transformação transversais à organização, de natureza funcional e tecnológica, e que visam transformar o modelo operativo e os processos da NOS e obter ganhos disruptivos.

**O que esperamos de ti**
- Integrado na direção de Transformação da NOS, ajudar no desenvolvimento e execução de um programa de transformação transversal à organização;
- Analisar modelo operativo, mapear e custear processos e identificar oportunidades de eficiência operacional na componente de processos ou modelo operativo;
- Desenhar e lançar iniciativas de transformação, respetivos entregáveis e plano;
- Desafiar várias equipas multidisciplinares a desenvolver soluções e implementar iniciativas de transformação com excelência dentro do plano previsto;
- Definir e acompanhar KPIS das equipas e introduzir medidas corretivas quando necessário;
- Estruturar documentos executivos
- Gerir relações e comunicação com diversos Stakeholders da organização e promover a colaboração;
- Coordenar o processo de gestão da mudança em todas as dimensões necessárias à implementação das iniciativas;
- Acompanhar e motivar as equipas ao longo das suas jornadas na transformação.

**Quem procuramos**
- Formação superior em Economia, Gestão, Engenharia ou semelhantes;
- Experiência de mais de 2 anos como Manager na área de consultoria operacional ou estratégica;
- Experiência anterior em gestão de projetos de transformação operacional, estratégia, automação de processos e/ou áreas semelhantes;
- Capacidade analítica e pensamento estratégico;
- Espírito crítico e ousadia, que permita ser driver e promotor da mudança;
- Capacidade de trabalho de forma pragmática, estruturada, focada e organizada;
- Capacidade de gerir vários projetos em simultâneo, e trabalhar sob pressão;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação oral e escrita na estruturação de documentos executivos;
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal
- Elevado nível de dinamismo, espírito de iniciativa e desafio constante, aliada a forte resiliência;
- Capacidade de gestão de projetos complexos e track record de entrega de resultados ambiciosos dentro dos timings previstos.
