Technical Team Lead Remote

We are searching for an exceptional **Remote Technical Team Lead **to join our client's dynamic software development startup. Our client is a prominent multi-asset liquidity and technology white-label solutions provider for brokerages and exchanges, and with a well-funded operation and a team of over 100 employees, they are revolutionizing the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Designing and developing high-load services from scratch
- Tech debt structuring and management
- Conducting code review
- Analysis of product requirements, design of development plans
- Constant interaction with Sub-Stream Software Engineers, technical support, project managers, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and improve product quality
- Responsibility for product quality and reliability
- System technical analysis and elimination of bottlenecks
- Improving system stability under heavy loads
**Requirements**:
- Golang 5+ commercial years
- Experience with unit tests and mocks
- Experience with microservices, their orchestration, message streaming
- Experience with Protobuf and GRPC
- Experience with WebSocket and REST
- Knowledge of Git
