**Your contribution to something big**:
- You will be responsible for the calculation of all HR Relevant KPI (eg. Absenteeism, Turnover and Flexibility);
- It will be your responsibility the elaboration of monthly as well as information for year-end and business plan processes (statistics / relevant information for Controlling Area);
- You will be the point of contact of expertise for ad hoc people data and analytics requests for the different Business Units and Divisions.
- You will have the periodical accountability of updating the internal dashboard and the preparation of several internal support documents (Excel);
- You will be in charge of the preparation of Management Presentations and for the update of HR Process Landscape.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- **_ Know How:_** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely in Excel and PowerPoint and solid Experience with PowerBI tool;
- ** Personality**: We are looking for someone with Analytical thinking that present a strong teamwork ability and communication skills;
- ** Working**: good ability to understand complex technical tasks and being result-orientated; and Self-organized;
- ** Experience**: ideally experience in Data Analytics and Reporting in Industry or similar;
- ** Education**: Background in Economics, Management or equivalent;
- ** Enthusiasm**: have fun to collaborate with internal customers and international teams; like to identify and solve tricky problems. Enjoy the team together at office as well with home office;
- ** Languages**:Good English language skills (spoken and written).
