Your new role
Serve as a strategic partner to research groups and administrative units, offering customized HR support while also driving initiatives in people development and career progression. Balance day-to-day HR responsibilities with long-term talent development strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and individual career goals. Operate in core activities as an HRP, but also as a specialist, developing and executing projects in line with HR strategy and organisational goals. Be a key partner in design and implementing on various HR processes, such as, but not limited to, performance appraisal management, career advancement, and training opportunities. Develop and implement HR projects with a strong focus on HR Analytics. Participate in developing and executing strategies to boost employee engagement and well-being. What you need to succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in working in international and multicultural environments (preferred). Strong experience in HR operations and knowledge of HR best practices. Proven track record in designing and implementing employee development programs. Knowledge of performance management systems and career development tools. Advance user of HRIS and proficiency in MS Office, especially in data analytics tools and software. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. What the company can offer you
